Website foundation

Your website is the foundation of your growth system—not the whole strategy.

Build a fast, clear, portable site that explains the firm's services, supports search and makes it easy to take the next step.

What the foundation includes

Small-firm websites designed to be maintained.

▦

Core pages

Home, agreed service pages, attorney bio, contact and required legal/disclosure pages.

↔

Responsive design

Readable typography, tap-friendly controls, clear navigation and usable layouts across screen sizes.

⌕

Technical foundations

Metadata, heading structure, internal links, sitemap, canonical URL where appropriate, robots directives and search-console setup.

✉

Contact and booking

An agreed form or booking link, confirmation and fallback contact path. Complex integrations are scoped separately.

◴

Basic measurement

Configured page and CTA events with clear privacy boundaries. Do not send contact details or case information to general analytics.

↗

Handover-ready code

Repository/source archive, build notes, asset list and third-party dependency documentation.

One-time build vs. ongoing care

A build launches the site. Care keeps it current.

The build fee covers a defined project. Monthly care can cover agreed changes, deployment management, technical checks and reporting. SEO and advertising work should have separate deliverables so the client can see what is included.

Example $499 launch scope (to validate)

  • Up to five agreed core pages
  • Client-approved copy and assets
  • Mobile responsive implementation
  • One contact or booking path
  • Basic on-page and technical setup
  • Two defined revision rounds
  • Initial deployment and source handover

Not included by default: ongoing SEO, paid ad spend, complex CRM integration, legal copywriting or custom database work.

A clear next step

Build a foundation that can grow with the firm.

We will define pages, content responsibilities, integrations, performance checks and ownership before development begins.
